Installing an in ground pool can be a stressful experience, especially when unexpected and unavoidable expenses and decisions arise along the way. Throughout the process of installing our pool, we had an exceptionally positive service experience with Mike Glover and Scott Wales. They obviously knew their craft and explained every step from the time the first shovel full of soil was removed from what was to become the deep end until the final overview of the components of our beautifully finished product.
Throughout the process Mike and Scott encouraged and answered questions, and made thoughtful suggestions when decisions about next steps had to be made. All concerns were addressed in a professional and highly respectful manner. They worked hard and efficiently alongside their crew putting in long days to ensure that our pool was completed with exceptional workmanship and in a timely fashion.
Once the pool was completed Mike and Scott ensured that all remaining materials were spread to make certain that the property was level and would not negatively impact our neighbours who were also very pleased. We were so impressed with their work that we asked them to build a uniquely shaped pad for our seating area and a retaining wall on one side of our property to support our visions of a garden area in the next phase of our back yard creation.
We highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone who wishes to install an in ground pool, construct anything with concrete and/or develop their landscaping. We certainly wish them all the best in their future business endeavors. We will continue to employ Mike and Scott to open and close our pool as the seasons change and look forward to seeing their business grow and prosper in the coming years.

Dear Scot and Mike,
We would like to thank you for your professional, friendly and informative service you provided when installing our inground pool last summer. You took the lead to ensure that our pool was correctly installed, liner fitted, supplies delivered and landscaping rocks perfectly placed. You and your crew of installers worked very hard during some extremely hot July and August days and did an outstanding job. Everyone was polite, pleasant and patiently answered our many questions. Furthermore, we appreciated you involving us in the process and design of the pool decks. You were always very clear and explained the various aspects of the installation and maintenance throughout the entire process.
In the fall, the pool closing process went well and was thoroughly explained with an onsite demonstration and informative lesson. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment from our pool and have received numerous compliments on the design, the concrete decks and diving rock. We know that we will continue to be in good hands well into the future and look forward to you opening our pool this summer.

We just want to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate the excellent job Mike Glover & Scot Wales did on our new in-ground pool in the summer of 2011.
